What's New for the 2025 Toyota RAV4?

For 2025, Toyota has streamlined the RAV4 lineup by discontinuing the Adventure and TRD Off-Road trim levels.

2025 RAV4 Trims & Features

Buyers now have four trim options: LE, XLE, XLE Premium, and Limited. The entry-level RAV4 LE comes well-equipped with essential features, including an 8.0-inch Toyota Audio Multimedia touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Other notable highlights include LED headlights, a six-speaker audio system, and comfortable cloth seating.

For those seeking added convenience, the RAV4 XLE steps up with dual-zone automatic climate control and an eight-way power-adjustable driver's seat. It also features Toyota's Smart Key System with push-button start for effortless entry and ignition.

The XLE Premium trim enhances both style and comfort. SofTex-trimmed seating gives the interior a refined feel, while exclusive 19-inch alloy wheels add to its premium look. Additionally, a power liftgate and a power tilt/slide sunroof come standard.

At the top of the range sits the RAV4 Limited, offering the most upscale experience. Music lovers will appreciate the 11-speaker JBL premium audio system, while heated and ventilated front seats enhance overall comfort. This trim also boasts a larger 10.5-inch touchscreen, a hands-free power liftgate, and a fully digital gauge cluster.
