If by chance you haven't seen any "ALS Ice Bucket Challenge" videos, let us give you a rundown of how it works. The concept is to raise awareness for ALS by either donating to the ALS organization or having a bucket full of ice water dumped on your head and uploading the video online. Participants are then supposed to nominate additional people to complete the challenge, creating a ripple effect that spreads worldwide. Aside from Toyoda, other major figures who have taken the challenge include actor Will Smith, former President George W. Bush, NBA player LeBron James and singer Gwen Stefani.
