2022 Toyota Venza Exterior

What's New for the 2022 Toyota Venza?

The 2022 Toyota Venza remains mostly the same in the new model. We first saw the Toyota Venza resurface in 2021 after taking a six-year hiatus. The mid-size two-row SUV includes all-wheel drive as the standard, and this car uses a hybrid engine that will lead to savings at the gas pump. The biggest change in the 2022 model comes from its switch to a full leatherette finish. Compared to last year's model, they used a partial leatherette finish.

2022 Venza Trims & Features

Choose from three trims on the Venza that include the LE, Limited, or XLE. The three options mean that they have a model for every driver. The LE shows you the base model with 18-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights, LED taillights, and power-folding side mirrors. You receive touch-sensitive locking and unlocking of the doors. The LE uses cloth seating.

For the Limited, it shares the exterior with the XLE, apart from puddle lights and an integrated Venza logo. You can, however, add the optional Star Gaze panoramic sunroof to the vehicle. They made the front seats ventilated and heated.

Now, let's look at the XLE and everything it offers. The XLE offers 19-inch wheels and upgraded LED headlights. They finished the upholstery seats with leatherette seats. The inside includes ambient lighting and wood-grain trim details that elevate the class of the XLE. Front and rear parking sensors serve as driver assistance aids that improve safety.

2022 Toyota Venza Horsepower

Every Toyota Venza sports an all-wheel-drive hybrid powertrain with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine. This small SUV has two electric motors-one sits in the front and one at the rear axle. When combined, the motors generate 219 horsepower with a CVT automatic transmission. Whatever trim you choose will hand you the same engine.

Toyota Venza Safety

The 2022 Toyota Venza includes many of the technologically advanced safety features of today, such as pre-collision detection and pedestrian detection. When the car expects a crash, it will alert you with audiovisual warnings. Failure to respond will mean that the car automatically brakes. Use of the Full-Speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control will make highway driving much easier and safer since it maintains a safe distance from the car ahead of you.
