Another New Year is just around the corner, giving you a second chance to celebrate new beginnings! As the Asian Lunar New Year approaches, several celebrations are taking place around the Houston area, one of the most notable of which is the Lunar Lantern Festival.
This event is one of the biggest collaborations of the Asian-American community in Houston, Texas, representing just about every Asian ethnicity, including Thai, Chinese, Indonesian, Mongolian and more. With over 100 vendors offering authentic food, a super-sized dragon parade, beautiful lanterns, and lots of other entertainment and activities, it’s an event that’ll immerse you in Asian culture.
The two-day festival takes place Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 21-22, 2017, and online tickets start at just $12 for adults and $4 for children ages 3-12. Tickets at the gate are just $1 more.
You may also choose a “Foodie Upgrade” with adult admission tickets (ages 13+), which is $18 online and includes coupons for food samples. VIP options are available as well.
If you don’t want to miss out on this magical event, and a second chance to celebrate the start of a New Year, get your tickets to the Lunar Lantern Festival today!
